With the Swisscanto Foundations’ LOBonline, you can easily and simply make amendments via the internet. You can also use LOBonline to access important information about your employee benefits contract such as account balances, policy information or group statements.

- Personal password
- Authentication code with mTAN (mobile transaction number)

Where can I get support for LOBonline?
As a registered LOBonline user you can access the necessary support under "Contact". In addition, the LOBonline technical support team will be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have in connection with LOBonline.
What do I need to do if I’ve stopped using LOBonline?
Please notify us if you’ve stopped using the service or are handing over to a successor. In this case your personal access will be deactivated. Your successor will need to register as a new user.
What does mTAN mean?
mTAN stands for mobile TransAction Number. These are additional mobile codes sent to your telephone number via SMS. An mTAN is only valid for a short period of time and can only be used once. The costs for this are borne by the Swisscanto Collective Foundation.

Step one: Apply for access to LOBonlineComplete the registration form online.
We’ll send you a confirmation SMS with a code. Enter the code in the specified field. The application form for your LOBonline access will then be sent to you by e-mail.
Print out the application e-mailed to you and have it signed by the persons listed in the document. Scan the signed application and send it to us using this link Alternatively, you can also send us the signed application by post.
Step three: Activating access to LOBonline and logging on with your initial access passwordOnce we have set up your account, you will receive an activation e-mail. Click on the link in the activation e-mail.
You will receive an SMS containing your initial access password. Now log in to LOBonline with your e-mail address and initial access password.
To complete the registration process, the first time you log in you will need to accept our Terms of Use and Data Protection Policy and define a personal password.
